Founded in 1990 on a private stretch of Mediterranean shore, Tranquilbirchkeep was built for guests who judge worth by how a place makes them feel, not by what it puts on show. We began with six rooms, a kitchen, and a small bar. Today we hold 160 keys, four restaurants and two private gaming salons, yet the original kitchen still plates dinner every night.
From the casino floors to the spa terraces, every space and every ritual is shaped by people who have devoted their lives to hospitality. Our head sommelier has stayed with us for many years. Continuity is not a slogan here; it is the whole idea.
We have earned a five-star rating from every guide that counts, but the praise we treasure most is the one we cannot hang on a wall: more than 55 percent of our bookings each year come from guests who have stayed with us before. That is the only figure we track.

Three open-air dining tiers facing west, laid out so that no two tables ever look straight at one another. The golden hour here runs about forty minutes. We have tuned the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.
